Our methodology generically follows that of PMBOK in terms of project phasing, including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Controlling, and Project Closing.
It also mirrors the goals, intents, and monitoring mechanisms built into the California Project Management Methodology. Recognizing in advance that every project is somewhat unique, the methodology and approach employed by TMS will be tailored to meet the specific needs of this endeavor.
